Add olive oil and ground beef or turkey to a large pan on medium high heat.


Add spices and cook until ground beef or turkey is cooked through. Stir well until spices are evenly mixed.


Simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep sauce from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Serve over spaghetti.
