Combine ground meat and seasoning in a large bowl.


Mix until spices are evenly-distributed and well-mixed. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.


Remove sausage from refrigerator and form into 1/4-cup patties.


Heat oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.  Add patties and cook until brown, 2-3 minutes per side.
