Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium high heat.

Add onion and cook until they begin to soften.

Add ground turkey and spices. Cook until turkey is evenly browned.

Add diced tomatoes and beans to slow cooker. Stir in browned turkey and onions. Cook 4 hours on high.
