I was trying to find a better tuna to buy. The only problem I’m having now is bread. I found a no salt bread at an organic supermarket but it didn’t taste so good. I am trying to change my eating habits but it’s so hard and I don’t think I will Succeed at it and I am scared.

I greatly appreciate all your efforts finding low sodium products for everyone to use. I have found another low sodium tuna product. It’s Bumblebee Prime Sid White Albacore Tuna Packed in Water – Low Sodium. It had 65mg of sodium for 1 can drained. I use this brand and it is delicious. I would never know it’s so low in sodium. Thanks again for all your help.
Trader Joe’s has a no salt added solid white albacore tuna in water coming in at 70mg per 113g!
As far as bread options, I go for Ebenzer’s frozen no sodium bread and I also found these Tubulie pita pockets at Publix, only 50mg of sodium for one pocket 👍👍👍
