Be prepared for your next snack attack with the best low sodium snacks! This growing list includes low sodium bars, cookies, chips, popcorn, and more!
Snack cravings can be tricky when you’re on a low sodium diet. Old favorites may not fit within your daily sodium limits, and finding snacks you’ll enjoy that work with your diet can be difficult. One serving of plain potato chips can contain more than 200 mg sodium per serving – and who can eat just one serving?
Most fresh fruits and vegetables make an excellent snack. They’re unprocessed, which means there’s no sodium added to them. Choose berries, apples, bananas (if you’re not watching your potassium), and oranges for easy, portable snacks.
All the snacks on my Ultimate Low Sodium Grazing Board are low sodium. Make up a board and graze all week.
I’ve started a list of low sodium snacks you can purchase or easily make at home so you’ll always have a low sodium snack available when you want one. Comment with your favorite snacks, and I’ll add them to the list.
